As of July 27th 2020, these are the stats.
Maricopa County inventory is at 6635 for single family homes.
Under Contract and Pending properties is a 11,364.
Closed Homes for the month of June is 7004, compared to last year 6164
Average sales price is $$369,451.
The market is good for both Buyers and Sellers. Sellers are selling quickly because of the demand and Buyers can buy more home for the same payment because of the low interest rates.
